Dual Monitor Calibration?

I'm trying to calibrate both my monitors to be fairly the same in color. One is an Envision monitor and the other is a standard dell monitor. Both are flat screen CRT's. Will I be able to do this seeing how one monitor is a little bit older and the other one is a bit newer? Plus one of the monitors is hooked to a pc and the other is on my mac. Both have different video cards as well.
I was just wondering if there was a program, which would help me calibrate these monitors to similar settings, so the color is consistent with both?

well, i would think that even if the colors were calibrated to parallel each other, what you see is still gong to come out different.
