Dual Monitor Help

I have an HD Radeon 6870 graphics card and two DVI to VGA connectors and when I hook both of them up it only detects the one monitor in the first VGA slot. Anybody know how to fix this? Or does only one of the DVI slots support the DVI to VGA conversion?
 
Try forcing detection of the other monitor. What OS are you running?
 
By forcing the detection of the monitors do you mean going into the ATI Catalyst control center and forcing it to reload/detect all monitors? If so, I already have done that. 0_o.
And I am running the 64 Bit of Windows 7 Ultimate.
 
Did you try right-clicking on the desktop and going to Screen Resolution, then choosing "Detect" in the monitor box up top?
