Dual Monitor Question

I have a 22 inch lcd and my laptop sitting next to it. I have the dual monitors set up and working. However, is there anyway that I can drag my mouse to the laptop monitor from the left instead of the right. Picture my set up in your head. The 22in. is in front of me and the laptop is to my left. In order to drag something to the laptop I have to drag it to the left side of the 22in. and then it comes from the left on the laptop screen. This is really annoying. I want to be able to move windows as if i only had on massive screen. I know i could move my laptop to the right side of the 22in., but my desk isnt set up that way. Also, I want to keep the 22in. as my main monitor. This may be confusing, but please help.

Thanks,
David

there should be an option in windows, if you rt-click on desktop, properties, display. you should see a picture with both your displays. move them around to match the physical location, i.e. laptop screen to the left.

also, i don't think you can make a laptop screen a secondary display, your menus, and taskbar would have to stay on it if you ever disconnect the 22in monitor. but i'm not sure, you can try setting it in windows display.
