dual monitor quick question

i am running dual monitors, the second is just the extension so i can just drag and drop, anyways, is there anyway to extend the taskbar across the bottom of both monitors? i can only get it on the primary monitor. thanks.
 
yesterday i installed the second graphics card, it was out of a buddy's emachines that crashed, the card is a Diamond Stealth64, thats all i know. yesturday i plugged it in, started the computer and it ran perfect, got ultramon, worked even better, shut it down last night and went to start it this evening and it wouldnt start, i had no monitors working, i opened the case, took out the diamond card and it fired right up working on my old monitor with my ATI, why would this be? how can i fix it so it starts up right away all the time?

ps. i didnt install drivers for the new card as i couldnt find them online ANYWHERE. not even from diamond. please help...

ps. i have a ati card in there i've been using for upwards of 3 years, i used that for my secondary and the diamond for the primary, could i use my motherboard card with my ati and run dual monitors? my ati has two ports on the back, how would i make that run dual monitors? i bought the adapter but never got it to work.
