Dual Monitors - Dual Video Cards?

OK, I have another question. I'm trying to game on one computer, and easily switch off to the other screen where I am internet browsing (when I die or w/e).

Is there a way to get the game full screen? Like, when I go onto full screen. It knocks all my windows over to the right on the other screen. I am playing now at an odd resolution, and it looks fine, and the windows are in the correct place.

Is there a way to move the mouse to the other screen? I try and it doesn't go from the mouse in game to the mouse on the other screen.

i dont think you can use the integrated video while using another video card. when you install the drivers for that other card it deactivates the integrated video. what you could do is run 2 monitors using the vga (blue one) and dvi (white one) using your current card. thats what i used to do with my old 8500gt
 
Actually, you can use the onboard graphics to run an additional monitor, but in your case use the 7600GS to run both monitors. If the DVI connection won't do for your second monitor (you need two VGA), the card should have come with a DVI to VGA adapter. If not, you can easily purchase one.
The onboard 6100 will actually run a third monitor, if you want to go in that direction. It may hinder gaming though.

That is correct but the 7600 came in AGP and PCI, if he has AGP then the onboard is automatically disabled due to the bus restriction, but as you say if it's PCI then yes, you can use both.
