Dual Monitors

I'm thinking of setting up my desktop in a dual monitor configuration and I would like to know what the possible drain on my cpu and ram cache would be like as opposed to a normal 1 monitor setup? I'm using a fairly powerful system - an AMD Athalon 64 3000+ with 2 GB of Kingston Extreme ram with an existing ATI Radeon 9800 pro video card. I would be adding a Chaintech P-FX20 256MB Geforce FX5200 video card and running identical lcd monitors off them.

Any forseeable problems?

I have this at work... The computer doesnt seem to be slow for the reason of the monitors... I dont think it will slow it down any..
 
I would like to be gaming off them but if it wouldnt be anything too fantastic... something like having World of Warcraft running off my ATI card and my regular desktop on the other. I've used the 9800 in a gaming situation before and its good enough for what I want.
