Dual Screen Capabiltys

I think that cards that only can operate single monitors have dissappeared these days, all cards, as far as I know, can manage to operate 2 screens normally, and most of them have 1 TV out.

See how it has 2 different slots that are wide and have 2 little holes on the side of em? (theres a white one, and a blue one) Well some graphics cards come with converters so that it turns the white one into a blue slot. Those probably have dual monitor support, but I'm not positive since I don't use 2 monitors. But my current gfx card did come with one of the converters.
