Dual wireless cards?

I just bought a pretty nice wireless card, and have yet to use it, but If I got 2, could I run them together in windows 7 to improve wireless performance?
 
Nah it only draws signal from one adapter. I have two in my laptop, but that's because I run a 5Ghz network at work.
 
I guess technically you could connect them both, bridge the networks and possibly gain a little performance... But honestly its way more trouble than its worth for probably no noticeable gain.
 
Okay, thanks. Really, this will be a good thread for the people who google this question, I dont think I was gonna do it anyways :P
