I recreated and reIntroduced my old project. Dont worry what it used to do before now its a database of dumbest stories people experienced. Its supposed to be a fun site so pleased dont seek any deeper meanings.

Pretty much sums up your website.
Also, you should change those buttons to javascript. It's annoying to rate it and have the page reload.
 
got one better. I know young kid maybe 28 yrs old. stupid. gives a company $20,000 to renew the bathroom and kitchen. they came in tore out the tub, sink, kitchen cabinets and countertop. it was a rip. Never came back. bankrupt a week later.

For the record.
contract: Very little deposit. final payment on my approval.
Any judge will figure that one out. On the other hand, people ive dealt with
said and always did. pay me when your satisfied. I always said write it down.
If i want it, write it down. I want to know when or maybe approx when it will be started. How long, what is installing, etc. get it on the contract.

I call it smarts...better have it.

don't have to be a smart person in this world but you better have good common sense.
