Dumped Temp Files- Now No FTPing

Hey guys, i have a weather site and am having a big problem. I deleted most of my Temp files i could find on my computer on Friday, and was tooo quick to hit Empty Recycle Bin. Now, I am unable to connect to my FTP server, while the support guys at my webhost can. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Thanks, Chris.

Okay, it doesnt look like its due to Temp files, because FTP to my site doesnt work on any computer in this house/network. Whats going on ?!
