Dust coming in faster

I have had this full tower for about 2+ years. I have never really had dust issues in the past but it seems lately every time I open it up there is more dust than average but in a shorter time period....

I have a controller for fan speed but I usually leave them at the minimal setting.

Are there BIOS setting or a software I can install to regulate different fan speeds? (Asking cuz I assume the speeds are off which is why its sucking in more dust)...


Also,

These fans are little noisy. Anybody know of some relatively cheap fans (preferably with LED) that are pretty quite?

The larger the fan, and the slower they spin = the quieter they are.

Nearly every fan producer has some sort of "silent" range, i have akasa silent fans and they really are silent! you may wanna try scythe, nexus or coolermaster
Also, look for fans with rubber vibration dampening pins = much quieter
