Dust question

I just built my first computer a few days ago, and I have a question about the case. I have a Corsair Carbide 300R. On the top, it has two 120-140mm fan mounts. I do not have any fans mounted there. So there is just a grated mesh on top, and I can look right into the computer. I live in a dorm (military not college), and there is A LOT of dust that accumulates in my room. So I am worried about dust getting in there and causing problems. Is there something made for that, or should I install exhaust fans there just to keep the dust out?

I would get it off the floor at least, that is where you get a lot of dust being sucked into your computer from the bottom and the front. Adding the fans to the top as a exhaust might help, but it will also help keep the case cooler also.

Getting it off the floor really isn't an option. My room is pretty small and I'm limited on the furniture that I have. There are dust filters that were already on the case for the front and the bottom so I am not too worried about that. Just a little concerned about the dust raining down from the top

Dust gets in a computer no matter what you do. It takes several moths for it to accumulate so when it does, just blow it out with a can of air or a compressor.
