dvd disc ?

DVD+ disks are suppose to have more features, but typically, I lean towards DVD- disks as they are more compatable. But then again, there are some drives that will only read plus disks(yes, READ...)

I'm quite sure I've seen slower DVD+ disks... But DVD+ do typically have higher speeds, if that's what you meant. I guess that's one of the added 'features' of DVD+'s

That would be incorrect. Do a search and you will see that back in the day it had to do with "bookmarking" the disc. Most modern machines will play either.

i think dvd+ discs are only for burning between 10x and 16x, thats the only real difference i know between them.

DVD- discs I think are more compatible and better to use. I'd say if your going to buy DVDs get the DVD- unless they dont work in your burner... use DVD+
