I need it to be a DUAL LAYER BUNER, and to have LightScribe.

The only difference is that the first one has a slightly slower CD-RW speed. I would go with the first one, since you wont really notice a difference anyways.
 
I also agree with the first one, unless you don't have IDE or something. Plus SATA won't give you any performance increase...
