DVD or CD? need a second opinion here

the main title says DVD-ROM but just underneath that it says...
MEDIA: CD-ROM

The box in the picture says DVD-ROM on it but I don't know if thats accurate to whats being sold.

so what gives, DVD or CD?

Im about 90% positive it was cd-rom and like 5 disks long or something.

I'm thinking its a cd. Because usually when its a DVD, its labeled on the case as being a DVD. And it doesn't show on the picture.

Yes it does say DVD-ROM on the bottom left of the case.

well obviously if it said DVD on the box and the description said DVD also then the product is DVD but the picture and the description say different things. So like I originally said I don't know if the picture or the description is correct.
