hmm thats quite a few, for a mass purchase like that, you might want to go through an office supplier.
newegg has a few options, its going to be very expensive though, why do you need so many dual layer discs anyway?

they are 8.5 GB, not 9.4GB.... :P
well, like he said, go to a supplier, 650 is alot! right now, they are at least 10$, so that will make 6500$ :S don't want that high.
what kind? it does not really matter. Memorex is good i guiess, never had any problems with them.

Usally the office supply stores sell them in tons, for cheap. Example Staples. Ethier way try one of them if they are having a sale alot of times they can order that many too. Only reason i know all this is i work at staples for a bit.

Ya I mean you can buy them from like newegg if you want but a lot of them would probably be backordered, and if this is for a company normally you can get a discount through the office supplier they use.

No they're not. My mate bought 2 for £1.50 each which is about $2.75
Cheapest I have seen is like $4 a disk, while you can get 2 regular dvd-r for like 60 cents for both and then you have 9.4Gb of space compared to 8.5

ok....lo0oks like yo fund yourself a good store, but what ar eyou planning to do with 650 DL DVDs!
I would think that maybe backing up or making DVDs for some kind of business but I would think that printable ones would be better (but cost) more. If they went with DVD+R DL, they could be had for as little as $1 a piece (with shipping).

wait, I think I just realized something I never understood. is that what dual layer drives mean? it can read both sides of the disk for files needed to fit on one? OMFG THATS AMAZING

Depends on what you need them for. And what type to get. Remember to get a few extras, with an order that large, a few are bound to fail.
