DVD+R Dual Layer

Hello,

Can a reguler dvd whos able to burn DVD-R type can burn on DVD+R Dual Layer(8.5 Gb size) type ?

Only if it is rated for DL.
Look your model # specs up online and see.

The dvd burner has to have DVD DL burner written on it, if not then your out of luck and can not burn dual layer dvds.

Not totally true.
I have a DL burner and it doesn't have it written on it.
