DVD-RW Disabled... Cant Enable!

Hi,
Im having a problem with my LiteOn SHW-1635S DVD-RW.

It is disabled, and It will not enable. All the connections are OK.

The windows message:

"Devices are normally diabled if they are not working properly or causing a resource confict. You cannot use a device when it is disabled

If you would like to use this device again you nust enable it. Click next to enable the device, or click cancel to leave this device disabled"

So I click next, and it says:

"Windows was not able to enable this device"

Anyone know what might be the problem? It is recognised in the BIOS and in windows, and all the BIOS settings are OK.

No problem. Yea i love it. Saw the avatar on another forum, and it was animated, but for this forum doesnt allow animated avatars anymore
