I just tried a bunch of new DVD-RWs I bought and they are not coming up right. The little icon for drive D says "DVD-RW" after I insert the disk. When I go into it, the selection on the left says "Erase all data on this CD-RW". Is it registering it wrong as a CD? Also, properties of the DVD says 0 bytes used of 0 bytes. What is going on?
XP SP2, DVD drive does support DVD-RWs, drivers are up to date. Also, I tried putting in a CD-R and it worked fine, showing the correct amount of mb free.
