I've been trying to watch a DVD on my computer's dvd player, and no matter what I try, I can't get the subtitles to display. I need the subtitles, as it's an imported DVD from Korea
Is there a solution or other software I need to buy to get them to display? I only have Windows Media Player, and I'm using ATI's DVD decoder that came with the AIW 9800.
(it works fine in a stand-alone DVD player, yet I want to watch this stuff in my room!)
Is it the decoder that can't read the subtitles, or my actual DVD reader? (it's an LG Dual Layer DVD burner with 16x read), or is it Media player, or is the fact that I need a thrid party program to "time-sync" the video and a text-file'd script?
