dvd to any other

Ive got alot of dvd movies on cds. I want to create a libary on my hard disk.
i cant find a programm which converts a dvd to any other format like dvix right from the cd.

DVDs on CDs? I assume you mean videos on DVDs? Either way, you have to break the copy protection and that will not be discussed here.
