Hi there I dont know much about laptops so i was hoping someone can help me , I have a packard bell laptop windows 7 , and one day when i was going too insert a dvd into the cd rom no readings would come up , when i went too my computer it says please insert disc into disc D .
I have never had any problems with the dvd rom until now .
