DVI to VGA Connector

So guys, I bought a ATI Radeon X1300 for the computer in my sig and I have one problem... It only has a dvi connector, and the monitor I have is VGA. SO I was wondering if I could take this connector http://www.amazon.com/DVI-I-Male-VG...?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1278900329&sr=1-12 and plug my monitor into that.

Will work no problem, did it with my old CRT before I bought an LCD.
