DVI vs HDMI

They are similar if not exactly the same from a visual standpoint, but with hdmi you get an added bonus of the audio signal being transmitted along with the video signal. Also, dvi can deliver the video signal to less devices than hdmi can. Dvi does not reject as much noise as hdmi does.
