hi every time i shut down my pc( windows xp)
a error message saying dwwin.exe cannot execute because windows is shutting down i dont know what this means please help

Is this the message you get

dwwin.exe - DLL Initialization Failed -
The application failed to initialize because the window station is shutting down

I had this before and google it and found out that is was a necessary software. DON'T DELETE IT. Simply repair it by reinstalling it, that how I solved it. The link is down below.
