DX10 Compatibility

Whats required for a DX10 card to be compatible with the motherboard? I want to upgrade my video card in the beginning of 08 to the newest $550 card (Whatever it is) from nVidia. I just want to make sure I can buy and make sure it works properly.

Mobos don't care about DX9 or 10.

Make sure it has a PCI-e slot. That's all.

All you need is a PCI-E slot to use a DX10 card. But you need Vista in order to use DX10.
