Dx10?

Is it worth spending more on getting something that supports dx10 or just stick with 9 and get a solid card? i'm building a comp and trying to decide what the best card to be putting in for around 200 bucks (give or take) with this mobo http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131096
I'm going to have something along the lines of a 19-22 in widescreen display and want to be able to get the best video quality for my money without getting what I don't need? What should I be looking at? Any advice, I could really use it.

The 8800GTS 320MB for ~$260-$270 would be the best choice if you can afford it. It outperforms all the DX9 single cards like the 7950GT, 7900GTX, etc.
