E-350 vs p4

Ok, so I know that the E-350 Zacate processors from AMD will blow away a P4 in terms of graphics, but I'm wondering how much in terms of sheer processing. How would a E-350 Zacate stack up to a P4 3.0 GHz in just usual tasks like internet browsing. I know that a DC atom is supposed to be faster than a P4 3.0 GHz in this department, and the E-350 is supposed to be better than the Atom, so I'm assuming that the E-350 will match or be better than a P4 3.0 GHz.

I'm just curious if anyone can give me an estimate on how the E-350 would match up to a P4.
