e1i6332.sys - False Positive?

My weekly Avast scan detected malware today at this path:

C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\net1i32.inf_x86_0a64e894f5bf4864\e1i6332.sys

After a bit of googling, it seems as though this file is actually just an Intel ethernet driver. In an act of panic, I deleted it, although I doubt that it really matters since my motherboard uses Marvell ethernet anyway. Any thoughts as to if this was just a false positive or not?

It's an intel ethernet driver. Most likely a false positive. What type of infection did avast say it was?

I'm not on that particular computer right now, but I know that it was detected as malware. Thanks for the insight!
