E2160 @ 2.8 w/Stock Fan

Hello All,
I recently disabled speedstep so that processor is running 2.8 constantly. The idle temp in a 72°F room is averaging 30-32°C. The load temp is averaging 45-50°C. Do these readings sound high in your opinion for the E2160 chip? Just want to make sure these aren't at dangerous levels. (Temps measured using Core Temp and Speedfan)
 
Thats is the kind of temp i expect wit stock cooler...better upgrade to a nice heat sink..to lower your temp...
 
yeah temps are fine with stock,i would however get an aftermarket cooler and push that overclock to 3Ghz.
 
Thanks for the input. I may back her down to 2.4 or 2.6 and see what kind of temps that brings.
