because the e6320 and e6420 replaced them and intel stopped making them. the newer ones ensure that ALL e6xxx series processors have 4MB of cache, so that none of them are inferior to the 2mb of cache on the e4xxx series.
thats what the e4500 is for. if you look at the performance of an e4500 compared to an e6300 or an e6400, the e6 series has nothing over the e4 series, pretty much making their whole hierarchy system backwards.
