E6750 upgrade to E8400

as above, im thinking of upgrading my E6750 and i have taken a shine to the E8400.

just wondering in your opinion if it is a good upgrade to make?

can get the cpu for £95 and sell the E6750 for around £35-£40

using my rig for gaming, bc2 and blck ops when it arrives, i think the E6750 is causing a little bottle neck

Should be significant increase in performance, more cache, faster clock, and from what I've heard, much better OC'er
