E6750 ?

I saw the thread on here about when the Q6600 price drops the other and newer core 2 duos are dropping to and i was thinking about getting the E6750. My question is that i have the Gigabyte GA-965G-DS3 and it only supports up to 1066 FSB and the E6750 has 1333 FSB so will the cpu still work just it will only run at 1066 or wont it work at all?
 
He has plenty of time to do that. I think he should consider it when games/apps start utilizing all 4 of the cores, because it's at that point that the restricted FSB will stand out.
