E7400 or E5200

I plan on doing some overclocking which cpu should I get, is the E7400 worth the extra 40+ dollars?

yes, the 2mb cache in the e5200 does give it a disadvantage, and i believe that the e7400 has a higher multiplier, which will decrease stress on your ram.

Yeah, i would go with the E7400 for the extra cache, and higher multis usually allow for a better oc because it wont put as much stress(eg- fsb speed) for the same mhz on the cpu.
