e8400 and Asus p5b deluxe wifi

Hi guys I just bought an e8400 and was wondering if it is compatible with my mobo. If I need to update my BIOS, how do I do it? I do not have a USB pen or a floppy drive? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanx

i have a p5e deluxe board and i used asus live update. reboots, then good to overclock.
