I looked at my ram in my computer, because I am going to be upgrading soon and I wanted to know what to get, it says ---> (PC3200) <--- is PC3200 the size or the speed? if I got another stick of PC3200 ram would it work with my current ram?

PC3200 is the speed of the RAM, It has 184 pins...
Getting another stick of this RAM would work fine with the RAM you have at the moment, it is best to try and match the manufactures of the RAM though, for better results.
