Easy question, internet for 2

What do I need to connect my second computer to my internet server? My primary internet is accessed by a Motorola SB5100 Surfboard cable modem.

Can someone suggest a brand name and a model for under $100? The second computer is a couple of rooms apart from my main one so I suppose a wireless is required. Or I can possibly route the cable outside then back through a wall.

anything linksys is what i would say, they seem to be the best brand that i have tried.

You could get something like a linksys wrt54g,
great value router + wlan

I have one, and with the latest firmware update, i haven't found a single upnp device that doesn't work.
