EasyNote TE69KB no sound

I did sent it to the store and got the RAM replaced under the warranty.
But now there is no sound, and it seems that speakers, soundcard and mic is working, according to Windows 8.1.
But no sound at all.
My specific model is EasyNote TE69KB.
 
Make sure the right output is selected in sounds in control panel. Does device manager say sound device is working correctly?
 
Check the manufactures websites for driver updates

If you suspect the problem to be a result of the RAM replacement then send it back to the store

Do not attempt to fix this yourself because you will void your warranty!
