it would probably be good. Just change the PSU to a quality brand and it will be a great PC for basic stuff.

The barebones you are looking for at that price only comes with: CPU, Motherboard and Case + PSU.

No Hard Drive, no Optical drives, no Memory, no video card, no OS. Nothing. Just what I listed before.

And plus, for that price, you're getting ripped off.
