i think that will put alot of people off buying,i would check to make sure theyre working before selling them ;)
 
I have to agree, a MAJOR turn off for me when buying items on eBay is the fact that they say "No returns no matter what", if you know it's working then I would say "Returns are only allowed if the product is DOA or has serious defects". Also, using the correct grammar may have helped as well.
 
Doesn't that actually break your rights as a customer? Not allowing a someone to return something if it is not fit for purpose (Sale Of Goods Act) isn't exactly the most legal of things...
