Does anyone know where I can download an Operating Manual for an Ebot Foxconn PC? I have bought one second-hand but has no manual.

That was located with the "Ebot Foxconn" information you gave. To find the correct link you would have to provide a little more information on model number, cpu socket type, or any other details specific to the system you bought. That would be needed to narrpw the search there.
As far as not being able to download the problem is at your end. I just downloaded and opened one of the manuals by selecting a product at random. Take a look at the jpg of that here. http://img127.imageshack.us/my.php?image=foxconnmanualke3.jpg
