I just build another pc just for the heck of it and i put in a ECS 848P-A mobo and i tried to install a Smart Modules 1gb Ecc Reg SX12872RDDR8H8BTIB and it seem as it is not working. When power button is pressed the monitor powers up of a second and then stanby and a long beep can be heard. I loocked for the beep codes for my bios and it seems as if it is a memory error, but my memory is new and so is the mobo and i was just wondering if these two were compatible. As far as i can tell they should be but it seems like i am wrong. Please any suggestions will be appreciated.
