Ok i just bought a ecs pt890t v1.0 and a gig of 667/533 and the sytem takes 533 and new pc e video card 256 and a 3.0 775 ht processor. well i have pluged every thing in and i get no video so i thought because i had a old power supply maybe wasn't enough to handle it so i went and bought 450 watt today didn't fix the problem i have cleared c-mos nothing. i know i have had ram that has caused problems with that and figured it out tried to different video card same thing motherboard boots fans kick on cd roms and drives. just wondering if any of you think its the motherboard or the processor or ram but thats new.

is the monitor plugged in to the video card or the mobo? if this is your first attempt to boot, i am pretty sure(at least with phoenix award bios)you have to go in the bios and find the option that is something along the lines of "switch primary graphics adapter." w/ phoenix, it can be pci, onboard, or pcie x16. switch it to x16, shut down pc, then put in video card, hook-up monitor to that, and then boot-up. please post you're results.
