ECS Socket 754 Motherboard problems

I got this motherboard:

and all it does is beeps when i turn it on,im not using a 24 pin PSU but it says that it doesnt matter; system specs are:

amd 64 +3000
Zalaman cpu cooler
7600GS(PCIe)
1 gig of non duel channel ram ( 512+256+256)
Audigy Soundcard
320 Watt PSU

The mobo beeps in 1-2 second intervals and doesnt post. Any suggestions?

Could be RAM, GPU,PCI CARD, CPU

Im guessin its probably the ram, try removing the 2x 256 and just try boot up with the 512 stick.

If that dont work remove the 512 and boot with one 256 stick installed...

Not sayin this is the problem but its worth a try.

got it =) the video card was having some issues with my powersupply.

Well, that's what I was going to say. You need a 24-pin PSU in order to power up your PCI-E card. I know this because I've actually had a motherboard that had DDRII and needed the 24-pin PSU to be powered up. PCI-E and DDRII needs this.
