ECS Socket 754 Motherboard problems

Could be RAM, GPU,PCI CARD, CPU

Im guessin its probably the ram, try removing the 2x 256 and just try boot up with the 512 stick.

If that dont work remove the 512 and boot with one 256 stick installed...

Not sayin this is the problem but its worth a try.
 
Well, that's what I was going to say. You need a 24-pin PSU in order to power up your PCI-E card. I know this because I've actually had a motherboard that had DDRII and needed the 24-pin PSU to be powered up. PCI-E and DDRII needs this.
