Electronic tablet for e-books and watching movies

Does one of the , under $160 , Walmart eletronic tablets, let you read downloaded e-books and watch downloaded movies?

Plus have a micro or card slot?

Thats where my gift cards are from. Can pick that or use them for groceries. Call me selfish, rather not use them for groceries. LOL

Was saving them for a Wei but hurt my back/neck and now that out of the question.

Have you ever read on on those screens? I have a Kindle, it is the last generation before they went touch and I absolutley prefer it cause the back lit screens hurt my eyes were as my kindle does not.

The op wants to watch movies. I perrsonaly owned a nook color and original nook. The nook was great for books, and the nook color was fine for books and good for movies. Im a prson who gets headaches easily, and was fine with the nook color.
