I have a eMachines W3107 Desktop PC. It powers on, fans come on power led comes on thats it. No video. I tryed reseting the bios, different memory, unpluging all PCI devices. Whats up? I cant get it to post. any comments?

Probably the board just like someone else is going through on a custom build. No default beep, fans spin, but nothing else? By reseting the bios that sounds more like clearing the cmos to no effect.
If the system sounds normal hearing the default single beep code at post while no video yet seems to be starting up normally the last thought would be on the onboard video chip going toast and the need for an expansion card to continue using that board. Unlike an installed video card you wouldn't hear a single long beep followed by two short beeps to alert you to a failed card.
