Email Checker/Sender

I am looking for a program that can check my emails an tell me if I have new mail, via an icon or something in my Toolbar.

I am currently using GoDaddys Auto Notifier, that checks my Domain emails, but the program only opens in IE and is slow, and when accessed in Mozilla, it is slow.

I'd also like for it to do a mass email with all the selected contacts, and have options for auto replies and such.

Well I know that if you have Google Toolbar, it will let you know about any new emails in your Gmail account.
