I just got a computer and has windows vista and outlook is a little different. On 98 and xp and whenever you go to outlook you could see your contacts on the left hand side underneathe the local folders and I don't see them there now or can't figure out how to get them there in the layout option. Can you no longer put them there?

its not outlook its windows mail (aka outlook express)
anyway im not too sure about them contacts. i think you need to go to start-->all programs-->windows contacts (i think), then from there i think you can create contacts or groups but im not too sure im doing saying this from my brains..32mb ram..lol

In Outlook Express you had to click on View, Layout and click on the Contacts box to make your list appear. I am assuming it is quite similar in Windows mail.
