Email deleting problem

I'm having problems with outlook express not letting me delete my emails everyday. Has anyone else had the same problem? Thanks.
 
can you elaborate some more please ?
as in the error message etc..
One issue with OE is when you have a lot ( i mean a lot) of mails in inbox or sent, OE locks up, that means you will have a hard time using it or it's function, that includes delete, i think when the dbx file has reach some 800mb-1Gb, is when that start happening, but it may not be your case
 
I empty the inbox each day. It seems the only way I can delete them is create a new folder and move them to it.They will delete from there.
