How do I change my signature in emails that are sent from Outlook?
I can do this when using Yahoo, but with Outlook don't know how?

You mean the program microsoft outlook or outlook.com email? If its the program, google is your friend. Just google search change signature for whatever version of outlook you are using. Things change between versions of programs so its better to search that way.

What version of Outlook are you using?

Easiest way to get to it in Outlook 2010/2013 is to open a new email hit insert -> signatures -> signatures. Edit the signature and save.

From that same menu you should be able to set the defaults for new message and reply.
